Depending on the species 21-25 days.

"Normal" pheasants commonly raised for hunting take 24 days if incubated at 99.5' F

I have heard of people timing the hatch down to the hour. That must take a lot of experience and expertise.

It has to do with consistency,...all eggs the same age and your machine running at full capacity with few flucuations.
