I watched the Iron Chef a couple of weeks ago and they had pheasant as their "secret" ingrediant. The one that caught my eye was the "scotch egg". Basically the soft boiled a pheasant egg and wrapped it with pheasant meat and I think they deep fryed it. It looked awesome. Anyone know where I can try one of these?

I saw the same episode. They had some pretty inventative recipes. And I agree, the egg looked EXCELLENT!

Sounds pretty straight forward to me? the hardest part would be obtaining pheasant eggs!

I saw it also but I thought they rapped it with intestine? Really gets one craving for some pheasant though!

It is a good show,...but I'm always hungry afterwards for some reason!
