What would be a fair price for pheasants that are being sold for release that are about 16 weeks old?

There isn't a simple answer to that, it will vary in a region based on competion, supply and demand, quality, production cost, shipping, quanity purchased, sex ratio, and other factors. The best thing to do is inquire at several places and see what the range is and base your decision off that.
